About the Role:

We are hiring a Marketing Officer to promote the ICFAI Group's MBA Programs (Online / Distance / Executive) and manage a small business development team. The role involves lead generation, corporate outreach, and student counseling, primarily targeting working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote ICFAI's MBA Programs to corporate employees and professionals
  • Reach out to target audiences through:
  • Individual & group presentations
  • Information desks at corporate offices
  • Roadshows and networking events
  • Counsel prospects and guide them through the admission process
  • Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and admissions
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective candidates
  • Report daily activities and progress to management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's Degree required)
  • Experience:
  • 5–10 years in sales or marketing
  • At least 3 years in Corporate/B2B Sales
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi, and vernacular
  • Deep understanding of local markets and target segments
  • Internet savvy; familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and digital tools
  • Strong closing skills and a result-oriented mindset
  • Team handling experience is an advantage
