Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager at DCB Bank, based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing financial planning advice, offering tailored banking solutions, and achieving financial targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining and deepening client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, conducting regular client meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction with DCB Bank's products and services. The role also entails staying updated with banking trends and regulations to offer informed advice and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Financial Analysis and Financial Planning skills
- Knowledge of Banking Products and Regulations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Sales and Cross-Selling abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
