We are looking for a
Pre-Sales Executive
to manage and qualify leads for our premium residential
project. The role involves being the first point of contact for potential buyers, ensuring a professional brand experience, and coordinating with the sales team for smooth conversion
s
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and buying intent.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture prospects.
- Share accurate project details and schedule site visits.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1–3 years' pre-sales/tele-calling/customer service experience (real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; local language is a plus.
KPI Focus: Lead response time, lead qualification rate, and site-visit conversions.
