Position: Business Development Manager – OEM Sales (LED Lighting)
Experience: 5+ Years in B2B / OEM Sales (Lighting Industry)
Industry: LED Lights Manufacturing Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with major LED brands such as Philips, Surya, Eveready, Orient, and other lighting companies.
- Generate sales orders by positioning our company as a reliable OEM partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client requirements, provide customized OEM solutions, and coordinate with internal production teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B / OEM Sales, preferably in the LED Lighting / Electrical industry.
- Strong network and contacts with major lighting companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
