Job description:

Position: Business Development Manager – OEM Sales (LED Lighting)

Experience: 5+ Years in B2B / OEM Sales (Lighting Industry)

Industry: LED Lights Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with major LED brands such as Philips, Surya, Eveready, Orient, and other lighting companies.
  • Generate sales orders by positioning our company as a reliable OEM partner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements, provide customized OEM solutions, and coordinate with internal production teams.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B / OEM Sales, preferably in the LED Lighting / Electrical industry.
  • Strong network and contacts with major lighting companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
