Key Responsibilities: Account Acquisition & Growth . Identify and prospect new corporate clients across BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Education, and other enterprise verticals. Develop account-specific strategies to increase market penetration and wallet share. Map decision-makers, influencers, and procurement stakeholders to build relationships at multiple levels. Solution Selling Position and sell Amsys offerings (Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, DevOps, and Surveillance solutions) to meet corporate clients' needs. Conduct discovery meetings, requirement gathering, and solution presentations. Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions and proposals. Revenue & Target Achievement : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets for the corporate segment. Maintain an updated sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting to management. Drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives within existing corporate accounts. Partner & OEM Engagement Develop joint go-to-market plans with OEMs and technology partners for the enterprise segment. Leverage vendor programs, incentives, and marketing funds to drive deals. Stay updated with latest OEM certifications and product portfolios. Market Research & Intelligence Track competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in the corporate IT/security space. Provide feedback to management on new market opportunities, product gaps, and customer demands. Reporting & Coordination Maintain CRM and ensure all client interactions, proposals, and pipeline updates are logged. Coordinate with delivery and project teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support. Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and business reviews to management. Requirements & Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering/IT/Business. MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. 2–4 years in Enterprise/Corporate Business Development in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity domains. Proven record of acquiring and managing large corporate accounts. Strong relationships in BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, or other large enterprise sectors. Understanding of corporate procurement cycles, vendor empanelment, and compliance norms.
