Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Manager – EMS
who will drive new business acquisition, manage key OEM accounts, and grow our Consumes / Auto electronics manufacturing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new OEM/IoT/EV/Smart Device customers for EMS
- Generate qualified RFQs and drive business closure
- Coordinate with costing, procurement & NPI teams for techno-commercial proposals
- Manage customer relationships with procurement heads, R&D teams, CXOs
- Negotiate commercials (pricing, volume, MoQs, NRE, payment terms)
- Drive sales pipeline growth and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in
EMS/PCB/Components/Electronics Manufacturing - Strong understanding of PCBA, SMT, BOM, EMS costing & NPI cycles
- Experience selling to OEMs or hardware product companies
- Excellent negotiation, presentation & closing skills
- Engineering degree preferred (Electronics/Electrical); MBA is a plus
