About the roleOwn our day-to-day warehouse operations end-to-end while setting up simple, scalable processes. You'll design bin locations, run inbound QC/GRN, pick-pack-dispatch, cycle counts, and train 1–2 associates as we scale.What you'll doSetup & accuracyPlan and label bin locations , barcode all sellable units, enforce FIFO/FEFO .Write and run SOPs for inbound QC & GRN , putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns QC.Daily operationsManage order waves, picking routes, packing bench standards, and rider handovers .Do EOD reconciliation : orders shipped, mispicks, stockouts, damage/shrink log.Inventory controlWeekly cycle counts , investigate variances, maintain >99.5% stock accuracy.Triage returns/Try-&-Buy items; restock within SLA.People & toolsCoach 1–2 associates; plan peak rosters.Maintain basic WMS/Sheets dashboards; suggest process and layout improvements.What you'll bringMust-have2–5 yrs in e-com/dark-store or apparel warehousing (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart/3PL/D2C experience is great).Hands-on with pick-pack-ship , size/color variants, and returns.Comfortable with Google Sheets & barcode scanners; can create simple trackers.Can write clear SOPs and train others; high attention to detail.Nice-to-haveHelped implement a basic WMS or barcode flow.Basic safety/EHS awareness; shrink reduction initiatives.Success metrics (owned by you)Order accuracy: ≥ 99.2% (right item/size/color).Inventory accuracy: ≥ 99.5% (system vs physical).Dispatch TAT: median ≤ 30–45 min from order to handover.GRN posting: within 6 hours of delivery.Returns restock: within 24 hours .Shrink: ≤ 0.3% of stock.
