Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves managing processes and systems to ensure proficiency in the warehouse.

Prior experience in warehouse and inventory management would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and control all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Maintain marketing POSM stock levels.
  • Implement effective warehouse layouts and optimize space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, marketing, and sales teams to streamline operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  • Prior knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory control practices would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of Excel is a must
  • MS Office proficiency
