About the Company:
We are a premium footwear brand known for handcrafted leather shoes and contemporary design. Our operations include online and offline sales across India and international markets. We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, and ensure smooth dispatch and stock flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using Unicommerce & EPR.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Oversee stock audits, labeling, and product organization.
- Ensure smooth functioning of orders.
- Track shipments and maintain reports on daily dispatches.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Implement safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across the warehouse.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Minimum Education: Graduation (any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations (preferably in Footwear / Fashion / E-commerce industry).
- Proficiency in EPR, Unicommerce and other inventory management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced operations.
- Knowledge of courier integration and dispatch processes is a plus.
