Role & responsibilities

  • Overall 4-8 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment Knowledge and experience in handling end to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Negotiation
  • Very strong in Sourcing using Boolean search strings.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders (hiring managers, executives, and vendors) throughout the recruitment process.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and hiring consistently that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best talent for open positions.
  • Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements Implementing and managing the end of end hiring processes via ATS and other recruitment technology tools
