**Job Description Responsibilities:**
- Handle international outbound/inbound calls for UK & US processes.
- Generate and qualify leads, pitch services/products, and maintain strong client relations.
- For EdTech Counselor: guide students through course selection and convert leads to enrollments.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM data and follow the complete sales cycle.
**Desired Profile of the Candidate:**
- Good communication is mandatory (spoken and written English).
- Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply for US Process.
- EdTech Counselor must have prior inside sales experience in the EdTech domain.
