**Job Description Responsibilities:**

  • Handle international outbound/inbound calls for UK & US processes.
  • Generate and qualify leads, pitch services/products, and maintain strong client relations.
  • For EdTech Counselor: guide students through course selection and convert leads to enrollments.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM data and follow the complete sales cycle.

**Desired Profile of the Candidate:**

  • Good communication is mandatory (spoken and written English).
  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply for US Process.
  • EdTech Counselor must have prior inside sales experience in the EdTech domain.
