PR & Communications Lead
who can amplify our voice, build media relationships, and protect our reputation as we scale to a ₹1000 Cr+ vision.

Your Mission

  • Craft and execute a
    unified PR strategy
    across five brands to grow share of voice and organic reach.
  • Secure earned media
    : press coverage, podcasts, award nominations, and panel slots that position us as global leaders.
  • Develop
    crisis communication playbooks
    and handle rapid responses to potential reputational risks.
  • Build a
    brand messaging matrix
    and tone-of-voice guide; ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and founders to align PR campaigns with launches, product milestones, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Manage external PR agencies or freelancers for large campaigns when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10+ years
    experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand storytelling (startup or high-growth preferred).
  • Strong journalist and influencer network in India's tech, lifestyle, and business media.
  • Proven track record
    securing tier-1 media placements
    and
    handling crisis comms
    under pressure.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and speech-drafting skills.
  • Comfortable working with data to measure media ROI and sentiment analysis.
  • Bonus: Experience in
    e-commerce, ed-tech, or spiritual/astrology-related industries
    .
