Hiring: CRO & Funnel Strategist – Website & App Funnel Expert

Location: Noida (Hybrid) | Full-Time

We're a fast-growing spiritual commerce + astrology tech ecosystem (Astro Arun Pandit, GemsMantra, Occult Gurukul, The Pooja House, Horocosmo) serving millions of users worldwide. We need a data-driven creative powerhouse who can own banners, landing pages, and website funnels from idea to ROI.

What You'll Do

Architect complete website funnels (ad → landing page → checkout → upsell) to maximize conversions.

Write psychology-backed copy for hero banners, CTAs, and micro-copy that turns visitors into loyal customers.

Direct and critique creative banner designs so they're unique, on-brand, and not "just copied."

Analyze heatmaps, GA4, and A/B tests to make decisions rooted in data, not guesses.

Research customer insights and competitors to uncover fresh hooks and Purple Cow ideas.

Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing to ship high-impact experiments fast.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, Growth Marketer, or Funnel Strategist.

Strong grasp of consumer psychology and funnel copywriting.

Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.

Ability to balance creative flair with hard ROI metrics.

(Bonus) Experience in e-commerce, astrology, spirituality, or related niches.
