Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Marketing Executive from the turnkey interior or construction industry, who already has a strong network of F&B and retail clients such as Starbucks, Burger King, or similar brands. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and promoting our turnkey interior services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the F&B, retail, and corporate sectors.
  • Leverage existing client connections to generate project inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and brand teams.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for proposals and project quotations.
  • Manage digital marketing, company promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare business development reports and maintain a client/project database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing or business development within a turnkey interior / construction company.
  • Strong existing network of F&B / retail brand clients (McDonald's, Domino's, KFC, Starbucks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of interior execution, materials, and site processes.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
