**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Working & GFC Drawings**: Create precise, high-quality working and Good for Construction and interior exterior corporate office drawings.
- **Design Development & Conceptualization**: Assist in developing design concepts that align with project goals and client needs.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**: Work closely with senior team members, project supervisors, and clients to incorporate feedback and refine designs.
- **Vendor & Client Management**: Support in managing relationships with vendors, procurement, and client interactions to meet project milestones efficiently.
- **Multi-tasking Across Projects**: Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are adapted to.
- **Research & Innovation**: Stay updated on design trends and conduct research to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **General Support**: Assist with procurement and provide administrative support when needed.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Additional knowledge of 3D design software and Photoshop is a strong plus.
- **Design Expertise**: Experience in architectural and interior design, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- **Strong Design Sense**: Ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings and presentations.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adjusting to evolving project needs and client feedback.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication abilities with clients, vendors, and team members.
- **Vendor & Client Relations Experience**: Prior experience managing vendor relationships and assisting with client-facing tasks is a plus.
