**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and present Interior designs and plans for turnkey projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
- Utilize CAD and other architectural software for design and project management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, Revit, and other interior design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
