Job Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager at KMS Interior, you will lead and oversee complete turnkey interior projects from initiation to handover. This role demands strong technical, managerial, and documentation skills to ensure seamless coordination between design, execution, and client teams. You will be accountable for project planning, execution, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, and client satisfaction within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination

  • Manage complete project lifecycle — from design development, material selection, procurement, execution, and final handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants for approvals and progress updates.
  • Prepare project schedules (Gantt charts, milestones, timelines) and track progress regularly.

Execution & Site Management

  • Supervise and manage multiple site teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and design specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation, including:
  • Work orders and material indent sheets
  • Vendor and contractor agreements
  • Site measurement sheets and BOQs
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Quality inspection reports and snag lists
  • Client approval sheets and variation statements
  • Project handover documents and completion certificates
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
  • Submit regular MIS and progress reports to management.

Budgeting & Procurement

  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and track expenses.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
  • Approve contractor bills and verify site measurement sheets before submission.

Team Leadership & Communication

  • Guide and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and junior project staff.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with teams and clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication flow across stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
