Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to employees across departments, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  2. Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of employee workstations, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
  3. Support user access management, including account creation, permission settings, and system onboarding/offboarding.
  4. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of local office IT infrastructure (LAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, etc.).
  5. Work closely with the global IT team to ensure compliance with security policies and technical standards.
  6. Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and ensure data backups and disaster recovery readiness.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in System, VPN tools, and endpoint security.
  3. Familiar with remote desktop tools, and IT ticketing systems.
  4. Basic understanding of network configuration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and IT asset management.
  5. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  6. English and Portuguese fluency required; experience in supporting multinational teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or Helpdesk SLAs
  • Cybersecurity awareness or certification
