Your Role (summary):

The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies.

You will be responsible for:

 Cloud Management:

 Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all cloud-

based systems.

 Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.

 Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.

 Vendor Management:

 Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

 Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.

 Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

 IT Administration:

 Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

 Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.

 Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:

 Technical Expertise:

 In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks,

storage, and virtualization technologies.

 Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services.

 Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

 Management Skills:

 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Experience in budgeting and financial management for IT projects.

 Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

 Analytical and Problem-Solving:

 Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex IT issues.

 Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.

 Communication and Collaboration:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.

The experience you bring (Educational Qualification/Experience):

 Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science.

 Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.

 Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

 Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.

 Experience in the asset management or financial services industry is preferred.

Certification/s (role based):

 Relevant certifications for AWS, Azure and Microsoft technologies are preferred.
