Business Development Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives across the engineering and design domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new potential clients in engineering, manufacturing, 3d Printing and product design sectors.
- Research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Manage email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and follow-ups.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Support marketing initiatives, lead generation, and partnership development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Interest in technology, engineering, or CAD design is a plus.
