Client Servicing Executive
Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Open to enthusiastic freshers with relevant internships/skills and proficiency in AI)
Openings: 2nos
Location: National Park, South Delhi
Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation: Based on candidate's prior industry experience and expertise
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship building and satisfaction
• Understand client briefs and translate them into internal action plans
• Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, operations — for seamless project execution
• Manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of services
• Prepare and manage budgets with cost-effective planning
• Create & present pitch decks (proficiency in Canva / PowerPoint required)
• Support lead generation — manage inbound queries and onboard new clients
• Oversee on-ground event execution to ensure excellence in delivery
• Maintain documentation, timelines, approvals, and reporting for all projects
Who We're Looking For:
✓ Experience in client servicing within an events/marketing agency (preferred)
✓ Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
✓ High accountability and ownership mindset
✓ Ability to multitask and manage projects under deadlines
✓ Creative thinking with a passion for events & brand storytelling
✓ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic budgeting/tracking)
