Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing located in Delhi. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering superior customer service. The role also involves understanding and addressing client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client account growth through strategic initiatives. Additionally, maintaining an understanding of financial processes related to client servicing is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Client Services and Customer Service, with the ability to manage and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through exceptional problem-solving and responsiveness.
  • Basic understanding of Finance to efficiently manage budgets, billing, and other client financial processes.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
