We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is essential for building and nurturing client relationships, managing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction in every event we deliver. You will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, responsible for understanding client needs, communicating them effectively, and ensuring seamless event execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

  3. Understand client goals and objectives and provide tailored event solutions.
  4. Regularly update clients on event progress, address any concerns, and provide exceptional post-event follow-up.

  5. Project Coordination:

  6. Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.

  7. Maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each project.
  8. Attend site visits, manage on-site execution, and ensure all client specifications are met.

  9. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  10. Work with the creative and production teams to conceptualize event ideas aligned with client needs.

  11. Develop detailed event plans and timelines to ensure the team is aligned on goals.
  12. Oversee and coordinate event setup, troubleshooting any issues that arise in real-time.

  13. Budget and Resource Management:

  14. Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction.

  15. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality services and materials within budget constraints.
  16. Track and report expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

  17. Post-Event Evaluation:

  18. Conduct post-event evaluations to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  19. Share client feedback with internal teams to optimize future events and client relationships.
  20. Ensure all client expectations are exceeded and foster opportunities for repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Event Management, .
  • Fresher experience in client servicing, account management, or event planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle last-minute changes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power Point Presentation knowledge of event planning software is a plus
