About the Role:

We are looking for a 
proactive and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive
 who will support the media and digital marketing team in day-to-day activities. The role involves working closely with clients, preparing presentations, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in marketing analysis across both 
mainline and digital media platforms
.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.

·       Coordinate with internal teams (creative and digital) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

·       Support in campaign planning across 
mainline (Packaging and creative)
 and 
digital platforms (social, performance, content)
.

·       Conduct basic marketing research and competitor analysis for client requirements.

·       Prepare and maintain documentation, schedules, and performance trackers.

·       Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· –2 years of experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing agency.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);.

·       Good understanding of marketing trends across digital.

·       Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a team environment.

Education:

·       Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
