Role - CLIENT SERVICING SPECIALIST

Location- South delhi

Experience- 2- 5 years in CLIENT SERVICING in advertising/ mktg/event companies/any agency environment

THE JD IS A S FOLLOWS

Responsibilities

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions

Prior experience in client servicing or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate the delivery of services or products to clients
Monitor and analyze client performance and make recommendations for improvements

Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales, and revenue

Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field

Proven work experience in the Customer Service department as a Client Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative

Familiarity with CRM software like Freshworks, HubSpot, and Insightly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual

Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
Good listening skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to offer excellent customer service
