We are expanding our Client Servicing team and looking for a
Client Servicing Manager
who can drive impactful campaigns, build long-term relationships, and ensure seamless execution for our diverse portfolio.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager, located in New Delhi. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing client needs and concerns, coordinating with various departments to deliver services, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the final output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with
    Government, PSU, and private sector clients
    .
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution – from brief to strategy to final delivery.
  • Ensure timely communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Outdoor, Events, and Digital teams to deliver
    integrated campaigns
    .
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell agency offerings.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in
    advertising / media / event management agencies
    .
  • Strong background in handling
    Government & PSU campaigns
    (experience with
    CBC, NFDC
    is a big plus).
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-stakeholder campaigns and large-scale activations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of government tendering processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
