Hiring for Client Servicing Head - Digital Marketing Agency

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Head based in New Delhi. The Client Service Head will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and delivering marketing services that exceed expectations. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing client projects, maintaining strong communication with clients, collaborating with internal teams for service delivery, and ensuring processes align with the company's performance standards. The role may also involve addressing financial aspects related to client accounts and service optimization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive solutions and strategic client management.
  • Basic understanding of Finance as it pertains to managing budgets, costs, and invoices efficiently.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, leadership capabilities, and the ability to strategize and execute client-centric plans are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
  • Capacity to work on-site at the New Delhi office and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
