Keva, which began, as S H Kelkar and Company Limited, today is one of India's largest fragrance and flavor players. An emerging leader in the global landscape of fragrance, flavors, and aroma ingredients, Keva has an expanding footprint across the globe. Our sales infrastructure covers customers across 50 nations including India, South East Asia, China, Japan, Africa, America, and Europe.

Key Accountabilities:

· Would be responsible for marketing initiatives and consumer research activities.

· As a custodian of marketing initiatives, would be responsible for taking complete onus of conceptualising, planning and executing the project at hand.

  • To analyse market products and spot opportunity spaces/ trends
  • Prepare marketing presentations for clients basis the requirement of the project
  • To ideate marketing concepts for creating strong and relevant fragrance stories basis the category, brand and consumer understanding
  • Read, analyse various syndicated reports to prepare relevant category and trends presentation
  • To initiate, plan and execute branding activities for both internal & external stakeholders (packaging, branding for events, corporate gifts, marketing materials for marketing presentations etc.)
  • To build, develop and efficiently manage vendors for implementation of marketing and corporate branding initiatives
  • To crystalise and translate research learnings into marketing and development implications for the benefit of the internal stakeholders

Key Competencies:

· Strong project management skills

· Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel

· Strong designing skills with knowledge of coral draw, photoshop etc.

· Very good aesthetic sense

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong clarity of thought

· Strong teamwork, good team player and customer orientation skills

· Positive attitude and willingness to positively handle relevant internal and external stakeholders

Effective time management in meeting schedules & deadlines

Prerequisites:

· MBA/ PGD in Marketing Management

· years of solid experience in marketing, preferably from FMCG/Advertising Agency/ Fragrance industry

· Experience in FMCG, esp in Personal and Home Care and or ad agency would be preferred

· Strong in strategic marketing / thinking / application / communication / presentation skills

· Should have experience in effective Client interaction

· Tracking Global/ Regional/ Local Consumer / category / Market trends

· Good personality / modern outlook/ strong aesthetic sense is essential

· Good leadership qualities, people skills with collaborative spirit (should be able to groom new management trainee/ junior member)

Experience related to ad agency / PR/ Digital marketing would be advantage
