Position: CNC Milling Operator

Location: HAL, Bangalore

Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Payroll (with all statutory benefits)

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens controllers.
  • Proficient in 3&5-axis CNC milling operations
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, etc.
  • Conduct machine settings and basic troubleshooting independently.
  • Ensure production as per job schedule and quality standards.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years in CNC Milling operations.

  • Skillset:

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controller programming and operations.

  • Experience with 3&5-axis CNC machines
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

  • Good understanding of measurement techniques and instruments.

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
