Role Overview: As a CNC Programmer at our company in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support precision machining operations. Your strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes will ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. Key Responsibilities: - Create and optimize CNC programs for turning, milling, and Swiss-type machines. - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. - Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency. - Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain quality and productivity. - Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and setup instructions. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Turning, Milling, or Swiss-type). - Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code. - Familiarity with Fanuc. - Hands-on machining and tooling knowledge. - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in CNC machines (LMW). - Knowledge of GD&T and ISO quality standards. - Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
