Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site position located in Lucknow for the role of an Oracle Fusion Trainer. The Oracle Fusion Trainer will be tasked with designing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions for corporate professionals in Oracle Fusion applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include curriculum development, hands-on teaching, assisting trainees with technical challenges, and evaluating their progress in understanding Oracle Fusion modules. The role also involves staying updated on Oracle Fusion upgrades and industry trends to ensure the training material remains current and effective.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Information Technology and Software Development, with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Strong skills in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, particularly in corporate and technical training contexts.
  • Proficiency in curriculum design and the ability to evaluate and enhance learning outcomes effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant Oracle certifications and industry standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training sessions to corporate or institutional audiences is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education preferred.
