Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the OTL module within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring that it aligns with the organizations business needs and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Expertise:
Serve as the primary expert for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), overseeing the design, configuration, and implementation of OTL solutions.
- Customize and maintain OTL settings to address specific business requirements and optimize time tracking and labor management processes.
Ensure the OTL module is fully integrated within the broader Oracle HCM Cloud environment, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
System Configuration and Support:
Lead the configuration of the OTL module, ensuring all business requirements are met and the system operates efficiently.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to OTL, working closely with the IT and HR teams to resolve problems promptly.
Collaboration and Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for time and labor management.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
Testing and Validation:
Develop test plans and conduct comprehensive testing of OTL configurations and customizations.
Ensure all OTL solutions are fully validated before implementation, minimizing disruptions and maximizing system reliability.
Documentation and Training:
Document all OTL configurations, processes, and customizations in detail, providing clear guidelines for future reference and training.
Train HR and IT staff on the use of the OTL module, ensuring they can effectively manage and utilize the system.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor updates and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the OTL module, and implement relevant improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the OTL module, leveraging new features and functionalities as they become available.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with a strong focus on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Proven track record in configuring and managing OTL modules in a complex business environment.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with other related Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Absence Management and Core HR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Time and Labor.
- Experience with other HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
Knowledge of best practices in workforce management and labor compliance
