Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gwalior for an Aviation Trainer. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, equipping students with technical and soft skills required in the aviation industry. The role involves preparing instructional materials, assessing students' progress, fostering an engaging learning environment, and ensuring students are industry-ready. Collaboration with other trainers and adapting to curriculum updates will also be a part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Aviation concepts, Safety Protocols, and Industry Standards
  • Excellent Public Speaking, Presentation, and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Curriculum Development, Training Design, and Student Assessment
  • Interpersonal and Mentoring Skills to guide and motivate students
  • Familiarity with Hospitality and Customer Service training is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or professional experience in the Aviation or Airline industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, or a related field
