AjnaLens is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team.

In this role, you will support digital marketing initiatives, assist in content creation, and contribute to campaigns that shape how the world experiences AjnaLens' vision of spatial computing and human-centred technology. You will work closely with designers, product teams, and HR/brand teams to bring stories to life — from social media posts to on-ground initiatives that strengthen our brand presence.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media Support -

Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Coordinate with design teams, draft captions, track engagement, and help maintain posting calendars.

Market Research & Trend Tracking -

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and tech conversations to support campaign ideas and content strategy.

Campaign & Brand Execution Support -

Assist in executing marketing campaigns, internal branding initiatives, events, and shoots. Help maintain trackers, reports, and basic documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks and deliver on timelines.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

  • Basic copywriting and content creation sense.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.
  • Curiosity to learn how brands communicate and grow.
  • Ability to research, observe, and analyse content trends.
  • Attention to detail with good organisational skills.

Full-Stack Marketing Awareness:

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behaviour.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals — engagement, reach, analytics.
  • Interest in storytelling across formats (posts, videos, internal branding, events).
  • Comfort collaborating with designers, product teams, and HR/brand teams.
  • Willingness to experiment, test ideas, and iterate.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience creating reels, short-form videos, or basic editing.
  • Comfort appearing in or coordinating shoots.
  • Prior internship or student-level marketing/branding project.
  • Understanding of tech, AR/VR/XR, or startup ecosystems.
