International Sales & Business Development Professional
to join our expanding global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across international markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners
  • Handle end-to-end export sales operations — from lead generation to order execution
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to meet customer requirements
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Achieve business targets through strategic sales planning and execution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in
    international sales/business development
    (preferably in
    cosmetics, skincare, or personal care
    )
  • Strong understanding of
    export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and adept at managing multiple global clients
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques is an advantage
