Job brief

We are looking for an Intern - Business Development to join our team in Thane.

You will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish. Your job will range from contacting and interviewing candidates to preparing documentation for our clients and reporting on ongoing business. You will also attend company events, prepare reports, and help in the smooth running of our operations.

You will be joining a highly professional, client-focused, and dedicated team of recruiters and will gain insight into, knowledge of, and hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.

You will play an important part in the smooth running of Spotterra, and your success may result in long-term opportunities for you.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research, generating leads, preparing presentations, and creating sales reports.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and requirements and providing them with information about the company's services, and assisting in the sales process.
  • Managing sales-related administrative tasks such as updating the CRM system, and maintaining sales records.
  • Required to attend meetings or industry events for networking. 
  • Learning sales processes, techniques, and strategies. You may be required to attend online training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Achieving targets that could be related to generating leads, closing deals, or achieving revenue targets.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements and skills

  • Willingness to learn sales cycle, and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Keen to learn new tools, reports, etc.
