Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process – Customer Service team. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers based in the USA with their queries and service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with US-based customers over phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to achieve service quality goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in international voice process preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
