**Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats or social media queries.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify and assess customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on product features, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Clearly explain offerings and troubleshoot basic problems.
- **Order & Booking Management**:
- Assist customers in Bookings Services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer data.
- **Customer Relationship**:
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service.
- Work closely with the marketing/sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Meet personal/team performance goals and KPIs.
- Support during promotions, campaigns, or product launches.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
