We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the root cause, and selecting the best solution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions or navigating services.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirement
Experience : Fresher / 1-3 years
Qualification : Any Graduates 2024/2025 passedouts
Shift : Night Shift
Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune
Work from office
2 way cab provided
Rotational week off
