Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure they meet project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and resolving conflicts.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of completed work and ensure it meets established standards and building codes.
  • Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to keep everyone aligned and informed about project progress and potential issues.
  • Resource Management: Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials, oversee the use of equipment, and help control project costs.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documenting daily activities, progress, material deliveries, and any issues that arise.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively relay information between senior management, site teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize work schedules and coordinate various activities for smooth workflow.
