Job Summary

We are hiring fresh Diploma/B.Tech candidates in Civil or Mechanical Engineering for on-site project execution, supervision, and documentation. Candidates must be willing to learn, work on construction/industrial sites, and support senior engineers in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily civil or mechanical site activities.
  • Support senior engineers in supervision and quality monitoring.
  • Take measurements and maintain level/alignments.
  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
  • Follow all safety rules and ensure safe working practices.
  • Assist in basic inspection activities (fit-up, finishing, alignment, material checks).

Requirements

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only).
  • Basic understanding of site work and engineering drawings.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work at project sites as required.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
