Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Kolkata. The site Engineer will be responsible to stay at the site location (be it within West Bengal or outside) and oversee operations. The Site Engineer will oversee daily project operations, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to quality and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervision of on-site activities, monitoring progress, ensuring the implementation of structural and civil engineering principles, and maintaining clear communication between teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
  • Proven ability to manage on-site activities and ensure proper execution of projects
  • Experience in Quality Control to maintain and enhance construction standards
  • Effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges
