We're Hiring – HR Manager (EPC Industry)

Location: Pune | Work from Office

Nugos Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a growing EPC company, is looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong EPC/Construction background to lead HR operations and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent acquisition & manpower planning for EPC projects
  • HR operations, payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity etc.)
  • Employee engagement & grievance handling
  • Site workforce mobilization/demobilization
  • Training, performance management & HR policy implementation

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • 8–12 years of HR experience (min. 5 years in EPC/Construction/Infra)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & site HR operations
