Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE)
, located in Indore. The BDE will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting IT solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires someone proactive, target-driven, and passionate about working in the IT industry.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (mandatory – from the IT industry only)
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management in the IT sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets
