Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Advocates to support U.S. Medicare members by resolving queries related to eligibility, benefits, prescriptions, physician lookups, billing, and more. This is a voice process requiring strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling calls while navigating multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare Advantage and related plans
- Resolve member queries professionally, empathetically, and efficiently
- Use internal systems to access and update member information accurately
- Process requests, follow up on gaps in care, schedule appointments, and document interactions
- Meet performance standards for quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and compliance
- Clearly communicate plan benefits, eligibility criteria, and procedures
- Be flexible with shift timings and quick to adapt to changes in process or systems
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Graduation 's Fresher not eligible)
- Typing speed of 25/38 WPM with accuracy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect well with senior citizens
- Proficient in multitasking across multiple screens and systems
- Basic computer literacy MS Windows, data entry, CRM navigation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Attention to detail and process adherence
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
