Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support business decisions.
  • Conduct variance and trend analyses comparing standard versus actual financial data.
  • Provide descriptive and prescriptive commentaries derived from data analysis, including income statement analysis.
  • Collaborate with Business Finance Leads to identify opportunities and improve financial performance.
  • Perform visual data analysis, understand data structures, and provide functional support for dashboard development.
  • Maintain and enhance analytics dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Utilize expertise in financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
  • Contribute to the corporate consolidation process and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:

  • Expertise in Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Finance & Accounts

  • Hands-on experience with SAP financial modules

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

  • Knowledge of income statement analysis, variance analysis, and performance summaries

  • Ability to contribute to corporate consolidation processes

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to present data insights in a clear, actionable manner

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
