Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Financial Reporting Analyst role:

Shift: General

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners

NOTE: 6 months of contractual role, 3rd party payroll. Should have experience in Balance sheet, Income statement preparation preferably with US/UK/Canadian client experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist Vice President Financial Reporting with all aspects of financial reporting and technical accounting under SEC and U.S. GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including drafting financial statements, disclosures and MD&A, for both internal and external reporting under GAAP and assist in quarterly SEC filings
  • Preparation of quarterly bank compliance reporting packages
  • Preparation of quarterly impairment analyses
  • Preparation of net income forecasts
  • Equity compensation accounting
  • Assist with SOX compliance
  • Assist with special projects, including acquisition accounting, as needed
