Job Purpose / Overview:

Codeguardian Tech International Pvt Ltd
, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Pre Sales Executive professional to drive growth and expand our market presence in the IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity verticals. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a reputed System Integrator (SI) company
, with a proven track record in IT Infra, Data Centre Setup & Operations, DevOps & Cloud, and Cyber Security services like SIEM, SOAR, and Industrial Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Lead Generation
– Identify and qualify new business opportunities within BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and other enterprise sectors. - Client Engagement & Solution Showcasing
– Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored IT infra, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. - Networking & Relationship Building
– Leverage existing network and build new industry connects to generate business leads. - Proposal & Contract Management
– Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both client and company. - Team Handling
– Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing BD team to achieve revenue targets. - Market Insight & Reporting
– Provide regular updates on pipeline status, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities. - Event Participation & Brand Awareness
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Experience:
5–20

ears
in Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Mandatory: Must have worked in a reputed System Integrator (SI) company.
- Proven track record in IT Infra, Networking, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions sales
. - Strong understanding of OEM alliances, enterprise procurement, and government tendering process (GEM portal experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
