OverviewEarlyfit is a doctor-led, tech-enabled weight loss program built around GLP-1 medications like Wegovy and Mounjaro. We combine prescription care, nutrition, and lifestyle support with smart integrations such as body composition scales, fitness tracking, and remote consultations through our proprietary app. Our mission is to make safe, effective, science-backed weight loss accessible and sustainable for millions. As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our leads, helping them understand our science-backed approach to weight loss and guiding them toward a personalized care journey. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where communication, empathy, and structure meet growth and performance.What You'll DoHandle leads from multiple sources (ads, referrals, partnerships).Conduct introductory calls to understand client goals, health history, and expectations.Clearly communicate Early Fit’s offerings such as doctor-supervised GLP-1 programs, nutrition, and fitness support.Evaluate and qualify leads into medical and non-medical programs.Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and sales consultants to schedule consultations.Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM, ensuring all follow-ups and next steps are tracked.Share insights with the marketing and product teams to improve conversion funnels.Who you are?Excellent communication and listening skills; you enjoy connecting with people.Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication.Strong sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism when talking to clients.Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Sheets.Prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer service preferred.Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus).Why Join Us?Purpose-Driven Work: Help people transform their health through science-based, doctor-led care.Growth Opportunity: Learn from founders and senior sales leaders in a rapidly scaling startup.Structured Learning: Build strong foundations in sales, health communication, and CRM management.Dynamic Environment: Every day is different, with new leads, new stories, and real impact.
