Role Description

The Affiliate Manager will oversee and manage affiliate marketing programs, build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, and drive partnerships to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential affiliates, negotiating agreements, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing affiliate activities to maximize results. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Affiliate Management and Account Management
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates
  • Experience in Sales and negotiation for managing and growing affiliate partnerships
  • Knowledge and experience in Online Marketing, with a focus on performance-based campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytical tools is a plus
